Kognexia (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides workflow automation services that may connect to third-party accounts such as Google services (e.g., Gmail, Calendar) only after you grant explicit permission.

Information we collect
We only access the data that you explicitly authorize through Google OAuth (for example, Gmail messages, labels, or email metadata) for the purpose of automating tasks in your connected workflows.
We do not store, share, or sell your personal information. Workflow data is processed securely within n8n and only for your requested actions.

How we use your data
The data is used solely to execute automated actions you’ve configured (for example, sending or reading emails).
No personal data is used for analytics, marketing, or profiling.

Data storage and security
We do not permanently store your Gmail content or credentials. All OAuth tokens and workflow executions are encrypted and handled securely.

Third-party services
Our automations may use services provided by Google (Gmail API, Google Calendar API). Your data remains subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
